Professional Summary

Mr. Eidson's practice encompasses many areas of complex civil litigation. His intellectual property experience includes litigation involving patent infringement, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trademark dilution, trade dress infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition. Mr. Eidson also litigates matters pertaining to health law, securities law, and corporate law.

Mr. Eidson received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1999 from the University of Missouri, where he graduated with Honors. He also received a Master in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, and a Master in Health Administration in 2002 from the University of Missouri. He was a recipient of the John Subllett Logan Foundation Scholarship (MBA full scholarship). While in graduate school, Mr. Eidson taught Finance to undergraduate students and was an Administrative Intern for The Permanente Medical Group in Roseville, California.

Mr. Eidson received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005, where he was a member of the Law Review and served as Articles Editor for the Washington University Law Quarterly.

Mr. Eidson is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Missouri Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
