Mr. Vander Tuig's practice is concentrated in intellectual property litigation. He has litigated disputes involving trademark and trade dress infringement, patent infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets. He has experience in complex patent disputes in various district courts throughout the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and interferences before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Vander Tuig is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He is the former chairperson of the Patent, Trademark & Copyright Section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
