Professional Summary

Mr. Hartley's practice is concentrated in intellectual property litigation. He has been involved in litigation involving patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition and corporate law.

Mr. Hartley received Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Sociology in 2000 from Muskingum College, where he graduated magna cum laude. He was a member of Beta Beta Beta Honor Society and Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society. He was also on the Academic First Team All-Ohio Athletic Conference for Varsity Soccer.

He received his Juris Doctorate from Ohio State University in 2003, where he graduated with Honors. Mr. Hartley was also a semifinalist in the National Environmental Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Hartley is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan Saint Louis and a member of AIPLA.
