Professional Summary

Mr. Walters specializes in the prosecution of patent applications in the United States and abroad. He has prepared and prosecuted patent application is directed toward a broad spectrum of inventions including analytical instruments, plastic product packaging equipment and plastic containers, semiconductor manufacturing methods and devices, electrical connectors and mine-related equipment. Mr. Walters also counsels clients regarding patentability and freedom-to-operate issues, and is involved in the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Mr. Walters is a member of the Missouri Bar Association.
