Patent Prosecution Roundtable
On Wednesday, June 14, 2006, as part of a Continuing Legal Education luncheon program at the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Senniger Powers' partner John K. Roedel will participate in a roundtable discussion on various topics related to patent prosecution, including claim strategies in light of changing PTO rules and practices, the duty of candor in a global environment, and the changes currently being proposed to the practice of continuation patent applications.
