Weird Issues in Copyright Law

On Thursday, July 20, 2006, Senniger Powers' attorney Julie Jennings will co-present a Continuing Legal Education luncheon program with St. Louis attorneys Michael Kahn and Danica Mathes on copyright law at the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. The program will provide an update on a variety of interesting copyright issues, including Google’s Image Search service as a potential copyright infringement, a co-producer’s copyright claim in a music album, and the copyrightability of fashion designs in the U.S.
