"Fair or Foul: Navigating the Waters of Fair Use"

On Wednesday, July 26, 2006, Senniger Powers' attorney Julie Jennings will moderate an INTA Roundtable discussion on traditional fair use in view of the recent decision by the United States Supreme Court in KP Permanent Make-Up, Inc. v. Lasting Impression I, Inc. et al. The differing approaches of several circuit courts on nominative fair use will also be discussed.
