Senniger Powers Trademark Professionals Attend International Trademark Association Annual Conference
Senniger Powers trademark attorneys Julie Jennings and Bill O'Neill, and trademark paralegal Kelley Bastunas, attended the annual conference of the International Trademark Association (INTA) held in Chicago during May 2007. Because more than 7,000 trademark professionals from about 130 countries attended this year’s INTA annual conference, the Senniger Powers trademark professionals met with many of the international trademark attorneys that help Senniger Powers provide its clients with worldwide trademark protection and enforcement.
In addition, the Senniger Powers trademark professionals attended several seminars and workshops covering a variety of trademark issues and recent developments in trademark law. The seminars and workshop discussions included topics on trademark usage and infringement on the internet, trademark license agreements, trademark searching strategies, trademark litigation, trademark survey design, trademark trade dress protection, and topics specific to individual countries and regions of the world.
"The wide variety of trademark issues covered by the various seminars and workshops provides INTA attendees the opportunity to select the topics that are most relevant to their trademark practices and to their clients' businesses," according to Senniger Powers trademark attorney Bill O'Neill. "As a result of the variety of topics and the timeliness that the seminars and workshops provide, the attendees can really focus on the key trademark issues that are central to their clients' businesses."
