Senniger Powers Co-Hosts ABA Roundtable on Seagate

Senniger Powers, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Washington University School of Law are co-hosting the American Bar Association’s Roundtable Discussion "Willfulness, Preliminary Injunctions, Scope of Waiver, and the Role of Opinions Post-Seagate." Senniger Powers' David Harlan will be among the panelists for the discussion; Michael Hartley will be moderating.

The program will be held at 3:30 p.m. on October 16, 2007 at the Washington University School of Law. A reception hosted by Washington University will follow.
