David Crawford to Speak at Naturalization Ceremony

On February 6, 2009, David Crawford, President of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, will give the keynote speech to newly naturalized United States citizens. Mr. Crawford will offer congratulations and speak about citizen rights and responsibilities.
