Paul Fleischut on Faculty for May 8 Patent Program

Senniger Powers attorney Paul Fleischut was on the faculty for the May 8, 2009 Intellectual Property Law Institute program presented by the Kansas Bar Association. His two-hour presentation focused on various ethical topics relevant to patent and trademark attorneys, including conflicts of interest, avoiding fraud on the Trademark Office, and the duty of candor in prosecuting applications in the Patent Office. About 100 attorneys were in attendance and received their two hours of ethics credit required annually by the Kansas Bar Association. The other faculty members were Washington University's Charles McManis, GWU's John Whealan, and Howard Rockman.
