Dave Crawford to Present at Missouri Bar Annual Meeting

On Friday, September 25, 2009, 8:30 a.m., Senniger Powers attorney Dave Crawford will co-present a session at The Missouri Bar/Missouri Judicial Conference 2009 Annual Meeting. The one-hour CLE is titled "Avoiding Traps of the Unwary: How Every Lawyer Can Spot IP Issues and Opportunities and Help Businesses and Organizations Reap the Rewards." It will address how to determine whether clients have potential liability for violating intellectual property, and how to counsel clients to seek protection of their intellectual property rights.
