Hendrickson to Speak at ABA Conference

Senniger Powers attorney Janet Hendrickson will speak on April 9, 2010 at the American Bar Association's 25th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference in Arlington, VA. Dr. Hendrickson will be part of a panel discussion titled "Patent and Trademark Prosecution Ethics: Shifting Sands or New Directions?" The panel will discuss inequitable conduct and related ethical issues facing patent and trademark attorneys.
