Vander Tuig and Hodges to Speak on Electronic Discovery

On May 26, Marc Vander Tuig and Ben Hodges will speak to the St. Louis Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) on "Surveying the E-Discovery Landscape: Local Rules and Guidelines Controlling E-Discovery in the U.S. District Courts." The program will help attendees craft internal policies and practices that will best prepare their companies to meet e-discovery requirements in federal court, and will aid attendees in crafting stipulated discovery agreements for litigation in any court that involves the discovery of electronically stored information. Mr. Vander Tuig and Mr. Hodges are both members of Senniger Powers' litigation practice team.
