Hendrickson to Moderate ABA Webinar

Janet Hendrickson, Ph.D., will moderate a live webinar on January 20, 2012, 1:00-2:30 pm (EST), on "Prosecution Strategies: Tackling USPTO Obviousness Rejections." A panel will explore how the standards in KSR v. Teleflex have been applied in various technology areas and provide guidance for effective avenues of argument based on the technology area. The panel will also discuss various arguments that, while they may be persuasive at the USPTO, may result in estoppel during subsequent litigation.
