Senniger Powers Wins Appeal for MEMC at the Federal Circuit - In Sumitomo Mitsubishi Silicon Corporation and SUMCO USA Corporation v. MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc., the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed summary judgment in favor of MEMC, confirming that MEMC had not violated the Sherman Act's prohibition against attempted monopolization.

Partner Paul Fleischut Featured on CNN Radio — As attorney Paul Fleischut explains in an interview that aired on CNN Radio on July 29, 2008, the New York US District Court in Tiffany Inc. v. eBay, Inc. ruled on July 14 that even though 75% of all Tiffany-branded products sold on eBay are counterfeit, eBay's anti-counterfeiting safeguards satisfy its legal obligations. Under the law, Tiffany bears the ultimate burden of policing its trademark and protecting its brand.
