Senniger Powers Ranked Second Among Top Biotech/Drug Patent Firms in the Nation
ST. LOUIS — Senniger Powers, a leading national intellectual property law firm based in St. Louis, has been ranked second among biotech/drug patent firms in the United States for the quality of patents it prosecuted in 2004. PatentRatings, LLC, an independent patent research and ratings service, released the results in its annual analysis of national patent firms.
Senniger Powers’ strong showing in the ranking is based on 46 patents prosecuted in 2004 for biotech companies such as Monsanto, Pharmacia, Baxter, Sigma, Kimberly-Clark and Symyx, as well as academic research institutions, including Florida State University, Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Missouri.
Senniger Powers’ second-place 2004 ranking marks the third consecutive year PatentRatings has recognized the firm as a top 10 U.S. biotech/drug patent practice.
