Senniger Powers Clients Ingram Industries Inc., Lightning Source Inc. and Amazon.com Win Appeal at the Federal Circuit
On March 31, 2006, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled in favor of Senniger Powers clients Ingram Industries Inc., Lightning Source Inc., and Amazon.com, Inc. in a patent infringement case involving on-demand book printing. In reversing outright the trial court’s judgment, the Federal Circuit reversed five claim construction rulings of the trial court, agreeing on each issue with the position taken by Senniger Powers attorneys at trial.
