Senniger Powers Looks to Redesign Office Space

Senniger Powers, the largest intellectual property firm in St. Louis, is working with Hellmuth Obata + Kassabaum (HOK) to design a new work space. As reported by Heather Cole in the April 16, 2007, issue of Missouri Lawyers Weekly, the design of the office may stray from that of a traditional law firm.

The design being considered for the new office space would reflect the firm’s collaborative culture, with spaces for teams to work on projects together. The space would also be designed around the concept of "shared light," in which everyone will have a view of the windows rather than creating perimeter offices.

While the firm is considering a number of different properties and types of buildings, Senniger Powers' current headquarters in the Metropolitan Square Building is also under consideration. The firm’s current lease is set to expire in August 2008.
