Senniger Powers Relocates Offices to Bank of America Tower in Downtown St. Louis
ST. LOUIS (April 11, 2008) - Senniger Powers, Missouri’s largest law firm dedicated to intellectual property, today announced that it will relocate its offices to the Bank of America Tower in downtown St. Louis. The firm has spent the past 17 years on the 16th floor of One Metropolitan Square.
"Moving to the Bank of America Tower allows us to design a space that will complement our unique technology-based practice," said Managing Partner Keith Rabenberg. "Its proximity to the Thomas F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse is important to our strong IP litigation practice while its central location will increase accessibility for our attorneys and staff. In addition, we're excited to be in a building occupied by other respected mid-sized practices such as Williams Venker & Sanders and Herzog Crebs."
Senniger Powers is working with architect Ken Domash of Domash DESIGNSOURCE, with creative input from design firm Werremeyer, to create a space that pushes the boundaries of a typical law firm. Bucking the tradition of reserving large offices for partners, all attorneys will work in same-size offices. Furthermore, numerous common areas located throughout the firm will encourage conversation and teamwork while a modern, centrally located café will feature picture windows with views of the Gateway Arch, the Old Courthouse and the Mississippi River.
"We recognize the value of collaboration in providing superior results for our clients and believe that creating inviting, open spaces will encourage deep discussion and thought," said Paul Fleischut, partner. "Our specialized practice is much different from that of a traditional law firm, and we wanted to reflect that in our new space."
Senniger Powers expects to move into its new location on the 16th and 17th floors of the Bank of America Tower on Sept. 1, 2008. The firm has nearly 40 intellectual property attorneys and 50 staff members.
