Senniger Powers Exceeds 10 Percent Growth in 2008

Senniger Powers is pleased to announce the addition of Adam Bagwell, William Everding, and Elizabeth Millard as associates, and Dhruv Sud as a new Technology Specialist. The firm has also hired Robert Gallin as Director of Administration.

Adam Bagwell comes to Senniger Powers with ten years of experience as an information technology consultant and will focus on patent drafting and prosecution in Senniger Powers’ electrical, computer and business methods patent practice groups. Bagwell graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007 and received Bachelor of Science degrees in both electrical engineering and computer engineering from the University of Missouri.

William Everding will work in the firm’s mechanical patent practice group. He received his Juris Doctor in 2008 from The John Marshall Law School, where he graduated cum laude and served as managing editor of The John Marshall Law Review. He was also selected as John Marshall's 2008 nominee for the Jan Jancin Award, a national award for outstanding academic achievement in intellectual property law awarded by the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. In addition to his law degree, Everding has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Dayton.

Valedictorian of Saint Louis University School of Law’s class of 2008, Elizabeth Millard’s work at Senniger Powers will focus on patent preparation, prosecution, and counseling in the pharmaceutical and life sciences areas. Along with her Juris Doctor, Millard has a Bachelor of Arts in molecular biology from Kenyon College and a Ph.D. in molecular cell biology from Washington University in St. Louis. She was managing editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal.

Dhruv Sud will be working in Senniger Powers’ various patent preparation groups. He will be pursuing registration as a patent agent, and has a Ph.D. and master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Delhi, India.

Robert Gallin joins Senniger Powers with more than fifteen years of experience in law firm administration. Gallin received his Bachelor of Arts from Towson University in Towson, Md., and has managed firms in Baltimore, Belleville, Ill., and, most recently, the St. Louis-based law firm Carmody MacDonald. In his position as Director of Administration, Gallin will oversee firm operations.
