I.P. Litigation on High at Senniger Powers

Election day was a busy day for the Senniger Powers litigation department. David Harlan, Scott Eidson and Kate Abiss were in federal court in St. Louis making closing argument in a trademark infringement jury trial. Robert Evans and Marc Vander Tuig were in Washington, DC for oral argument before the Federal Circuit in an antitrust/patent case. Keith Rabenberg and Richard Brophy were in federal court in St. Louis for a Markman hearing in a patent infringement case. The only litigation department partner not in court that day was Jennifer Hoekel - she spent a day at the office between cross-country deposition trips working with Michael Hartley, Sara Gillette, John Donnelly, and Lisa Smith on a variety of motions and discovery issues.
