National Law Journal Reports Midsize, Midwest Law Firms Are a Good Choice in a Bad Economy
As discussed in recent articles in the National Law Journal and IPLaw360, many clients of large, urban firms are opting to transfer their business to smaller Midwest firms. In the April 23, 2009 IPLaw360 article "How to Try a Patent Case on a Budget...and Win," Rachel Zimmerman and Eric Chad of Merchant & Gould state that even in a difficult economy "businesses must continue to protect their intellectual property assets to remain competitive in the modern marketplace of ideas."
