Hartley and Walters Named As New Partners

Senniger Powers is pleased to announce that Michael J. Hartley and N. Chris Walters have each been promoted to partner effective January 2012. Mr. Hartley focuses his practice on litigating intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trademark and trade dress infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract. Mr. Walters specializes in the prosecution of patent applications in the United States and abroad.
